Kanga Room Systems is dedicated to providing customers with high quality prefabricated wood products and a friendly, hassle-free return and refund policy. Our goal is to guarantee satisfaction by making it as easy as possible for customers to return and receive a full refund for any reason whatsoever.

At Kanga Room Systems, we understand that purchasing from a small business may be a leap of faith for some customers, so our return and refund policies have been structured to provide the utmost assurance that customers will be happy with their purchase. We handle all refunds and returns quickly and efficiently and make sure to communicate with customers throughout the process.

Our return and refund policy is simple and straightforward. If customers are unhappy with any product they purchase from Kanga Room Systems, they can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers should contact us first to initiate the return and we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Any returned items that are found to be damaged, soiled, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Kanga Room Systems does not provide prepaid shipping labels for any returned items. Customers may use the shipping method of their choice to return the product.

In addition to standard returns and refunds, Kanga Room Systems also offers a special satisfaction guarantee. If any customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can get an additional 10% refund of their total purchase price if they return the product within 90 days of purchase.
