Return & Refund Policy for Sheds & More | Sheds Made Easy

At Sheds & More, quality sheds come with an assurance of satisfaction. We understand that our customers are making an investment in their home, and we want to ensure that our products meet their standards. That is why we strive to provide clear and transparent return and refund policies, so our customers can be sure that their purchase is safe.

If for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Sheds & More – whether it be due to the quality of the materials, the construction of the shed, or the customer service you received – we will take it back. We will be happy to provide a full refund for any product returned within 30 days of the purchase.

If the product is received in its original condition, we will also offer a full refund for any product that has been returned within 90 days of purchase. All customers must provide proof of purchase, and if the product has been damaged, we will deduct the cost of the repairs on the amount refunded.

All items returned after 30 days and up until 90 days of purchase will be eligible for store credit. We do not offer refunds on deposits, but we will provide store credit that can be used towards future purchases.

We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that may arise and prevent our customers from returning their goods within the time stipulated in the store credit policy. If our customers contact us within 60 days of the purchase, we will provide them with store credit up to the full purchase price.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns due to change of mind or circumstances. However, in the event of an unexpected problem, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
