Returns Policy of Austin Kitchen & Bath

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases at Austin Kitchen & Bath and strongly encourage our customers to read the return policy before making their purchases.
Our Return Policy allows the customer to return the products in the event that a customer is not fully satisfied for a full refund. All returns must be reported to Austin Kitchen & Bath within 14 days from the date of purchase and the refund will include the original amount paid, minus the cost of shipping and handling. All items must be returned in its original condition—with original packaging, tags and any accompanying accessories. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement or account.
If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, you may return it for a full credit within 14 days. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price plus the cost of shipping and handling. If the item is returned because it is no longer wanted or required, any items returned to Austin Kitchen & Bath must be in original condition and packaging with all accessories, tags, etc. and the return must be reported to Austin Kitchen & Bath within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of shipping and handling for damaged or incorrect items.
