We understand that projects must always remain within budget and that it can be difficult to accurately estimate the overall costs before the work has started, and that is why we strive to offer our clients the most flexible and cost-effective pricing models for their projects.

For larger projects, we offer our clients ‘cost-plus’ contracts, which covers the cost of all materials and labor, as well as any unexpected costs which may arise during the course of the project. This ensures that peace of mind that our clients’ projects are completed to the highest possible standard and won’t exceed their agreed budget.

For smaller projects, we offer our clients a range of flat rate packages, so that they don’t incur any extra costs and know exactly what they are paying for up front.

Our payment policy is equally as flexible, allowing customers to pay for the whole project upfront, or break the costs down into manageable instalments across multiple invoices. We accept a range of payment methods, including credit card, electronic payments and invoice.
